Book a Consult
Your safety and comfort are the foundation for a positive therapeutic experience. So, finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is the most important first step.
I currently have a waitlist for new clients. If you would like to be added to my waitlist, please use the contact form below.
01. Feel It Out
Prior to starting therapy, let’s connect on a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit to work together. You can ask any questions you may have, share what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and discuss scheduling preferences. I can also share more about my process and approach.
02. Get Started
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you some additional intake forms and information to help you prepare, and we’ll schedule your first session.
03. Begin Your Journey
During your first session, we’ll take some time to get to know you. It’s my job to provide a safe and supportive space for you to be seen, heard, and understood. All you need to do is to show up and be open to the process.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
