I’m Mandy Reilly
Working in people-rich environments can be extremely demanding and can cause chronic stress, and compassion fatigue. Over time it can lead to burnout and an unraveling.
My great passion is bringing healing to the helpers and healers. I help my clients, who include educators, healthcare providers, artists, and other helpers, to find the compassion, creativity, and, confidence that led them to a life of service in the first place. I love serving as a witness and guide as people reconnect with their sense of self so that they can experience real transformation and lasting change.
For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed holding a safe space for people to feel seen, heard, and understood. For over twenty years I’ve provided counseling for people from all over the world from widely diverse backgrounds and cultures. The experience has broadened my worldview, fostered cultural humility, and deepened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
In my early adulthood, I was an artist and textile designer. I continue to have a passion for the arts and affinity for working with creative and unconventional thinkers.
Therapy provides a safe space for you to find your center, gain more trust in yourself, heal your wounded parts, and live and love more authentically.
